When I started Big Happy Life, the lessons I needed to learn were around habit change so that I could manage my energy levels and mental health more effectively and show up as the kind of leader and parent I wanted to be.

This blog is about going beyond habit change. It’s my exploration of how to live in a way that’s about more than just mental health management and goal achievement because I’ve noticed that I can still bring stress to these things and make them feel heavier than they actually are.

I’d like to become someone who can inspire great mental health and goal achievement habits in a way that sparks and expresses joy.
