What your hair could tell you about your depression

In this episode

I talk to Karen Watkins, Technical Advisor at Mineral Check, about the links between mental and physical health and the way our bodies use and store minerals.

This episode is a MUST for anyone who experiences repeated bouts of depression, anyone who regularly drinks more alcohol than the government recommended guidelines, and anyone interested in subjects like ADHD and other behavioural difficulties that could be affected by mineral levels in the body.
