Four ways to be well

It’s taken me a long time to find my stride when it comes to mental and physical wellness. For a while, it felt like no matter what I did, I simply wasn’t getting anywhere.

It took me a while to realise there are many areas that must be addressed for wellness to be established – particularly for those of us whose mental health and happiness tends to dip when left unattended.

Over the years of working on myself and working with clients, I discovered there were four areas to which I had to pay attention.

  • Neuroscience – the health of my brain and nervous system
  • Nutrition – what I’m putting into my body
  • Habits – the things I repeatedly think and do
  • Healing – my ability to identify and release emotional ‘stuckness’

In this episode, I explore each of these four routes to help you identify where the opportunities lie for you to improve wellness.
