
They say we teach what we most need to learn.
When I started Big Happy Life, the lessons I needed to learn were around habit change. I wanted to improve my energy levels and mental health so that I could show up as the kind of leader and parent I wanted to be.
I successfully made a lot of changes and learned so much about habit and behaviour change that I pivoted my business to help others in these areas too, but I also realised that I was still bringing a good deal of stress to my pursuits for connection, health and success.
So this blog is my way of exploring how to live in a way that both sparks and expresses joy – so that I’m doing more than simply figuring out “the right things to do” and instead finding out what it means to be human and make a joyful contribution to the world around me.
