About the Package
You’re fed up. You’ve tried to break this habit many times before and you haven’t succeeded.
You’re not sure what’s holding you back but you’ve decided you’re not letting it hold you back for one more day. You’re ready to do what it takes to make the change you’ve tried so many times to make.
You’ve made a great choice by doing this with a coach. The whole thing becomes more fun, you have more support and it feels easier. Plus, it’s also a great way to show yourself you’re serious about your commitment this time.
In this 6-session package, we’ll start by setting the clearest goal you’ve ever set. We call this a Well Formed Outcome and you’ll be amazed at how motivated you feel by the end of the first session. Right from this first session, you’ll begin to learn things about yourself that you didn’t know – things that will help you stay strong and also things that help you understand why you’ve struggled so much in the past despite really wanting to change.
From there, we’ll work on understanding how you ‘do’ your habit. Again, you’ll be blown away by the power you hold inside yourself and the value of learning how you think, rather than simply focusing on what you think.
With all of that done, we’ll do a little bit to time travel using a technique called Timeline Therapy. We’ll clear any limiting beliefs, limiting decisions and negative emotions that stand in the way of you and your goals.
If needed – and if you agree – we’ll use hypnosis near the end of our time together so we can really ensure we’ve got your unconscious mind on side as you get ready to fly solo. By this stage, you’ll feel strong, capable, empowered and ready – and you’ll already have at least 1 month of great work under your belt!
