This package includes:
6 x 60 minute coaching sessions – carried out via Skype, Google Hangout, Zoom or your preferred platform. Although most people choose to book one session per month, you might prefer to book one per week or spread them out over longer periods, such as 2 – 3 months apart.
3 x Catch up calls between coaching sessions – you can schedule these whenever you need them so you’re able to ask questions or just get a little boost in inspiration or motivation to keep you going until the next coaching session
Unlimited emails – any time you need support or have a question you can email me and I’ll respond within 24 hours.
